Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the organizational culture developed within Kepoel-Kepoel Hotpot, a micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise (MSME) operating at the Food Court of Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta, Campus 1. The study employed a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through direct observation and in-depth interviews and analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive data analysis model. The findings indicate that Kepoel-Kepoel Hotpot has established a distinctive organizational culture characterized by: (1) formal working relationships between the owner and employees; (2) effective team communication achieved through a balance between professionalism and a relaxed work environment; (3) employee motivation fostered through informal approaches, such as playing music during working hours; and (4) conflict resolution practices that emphasize open communication. Overall, this organizational culture reflects a combination of structural formality and social flexibility that supports organizational performance
