About the Journal

LEGISTRA: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum (Journal of Legal Studies) is a scientific dissemination medium dedicated to publishing research articles, conceptual studies, and critical analyses to support the development, practice, and reform of law at the national and international levels. This journal facilitates the publication of manuscripts covering a comprehensive spectrum of legal disciplines, from Criminal Law and its judicial system, Civil and Business Law, Constitutional Law and Public Administration, to International Law. Furthermore, LEGISTRA also covers a broad range of Sectoral Laws, including agrarian law, environmental law, labor law, health law, Islamic law, customary law, intellectual property rights, and human rights studies.

The journal is published three times a year: in April, July, and October.
