Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of compensation, work-life balance, and employee engagement on turnover intention among employees at PT Info Solusindo Data Utama. The study employs a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The study population consisted of 196 employees, while the sample of 135 respondents was selected using simple random sampling. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results indicate that compensation, work-life balance, and employee engagement each have a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Among these three variables, work-life balance has the strongest negative effect on turnover intention, followed by employee engagement and compensation. Furthermore, the research model explains 46.1% of the variation in turnover intention, while the remaining 53.9% is influenced by factors outside the research model. These findings indicate that increasing compensation, implementing better work-life balance, and strengthening employee engagement can be effective strategies for reducing turnover intention and supporting the company’s efforts to improve employee retention.
